Genevieve started working at Cahill Animal Hospital after graduating from Massey University in 1994. She later worked in England for a year and then came back to Cahill Animal Hospital. In 2004, Genevieve purchased the business.
Genevieve enjoys all aspects of companion animal practice but particularly enjoys feline and canine medicine and reproduction. She shares the aim to educate owners as much as possible so that they are able to provide the best health care for their pets.
Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys going for long walks, gardening and breeding beautiful Burmese cats under the Sashima prefix. Genevieve and her husband share their home with her Burmese cats and Jasmine, a Pointer cross Huntaway dog.
